Extinction draws near

Found 's space tutorial ([link]) not so long ago and decided I could as well do something enjoyable and instructive in my scarce leisure time.

Basically I stuck to the explained steps but also played around with different layer settings etc. (can't remember which, though, because this took me all evening! )

Well, for a first try this is not so bad I guess.
